- Choose delivery speed: Super Express (3 to 5 days), Express (7 to 10 days) or Normal (10 to 15 days).
- Place your order and send your photo: share a clear photo on WhatsApp or email after ordering.
- Our artist creates your portrait by hand and we deliver it to your door.
Tips for the best result
- Use a clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo where faces are sharp and not covered.
- Front-facing or slightly angled faces work best; avoid heavy filters.
- For two faces from different photos, send both photos and tell us how you would like them combined.
- Mention any special requests, such as background, clothing changes or a message, when you contact us.

We offer multiple sizes. You can simply choose from them or write to us at hello@artshaili.com for your desired size. These sizes are mentioned in the product or Size dropdown menu on each product page. The size is mentioned in the product description of each artwork's product page.
In order to buy an artwork, click on the 'Buy Now' or Add to Cart buttons found on every product page. You may then visit your cart and click on "CheckOut." After this step, we will ask for your details to arrange delivery, and you will be redirected to make the secure payment gateway. Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation. We will then process your order.
