To get started, email us your paintings along with all necessary details, including the painting name, shaili (style name), colors used, size in inches or centimeters, medium used such as acrylic, oil, or watercolor, and your selling price. Additionally, include your name and contact details so we can reach out to you regarding your submission.
Once we receive your artwork, we will edit the image to match the existing painting style on our website. This ensures uniformity and maintains the aesthetic appeal of Artshaili.com. Your artwork will then be listed in the same format as other paintings. We will add a commission of 20-30% to your selling price before making it available for purchase.
When a customer places an order for your painting, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. At this stage, you will be responsible for handling the shipping process and ensuring the painting reaches the customer safely and in excellent condition.
As an artist, you are required to provide free shipping within India. For international orders, Artshaili will charge extra shipping fees from the buyer to cover additional logistics costs. It is your responsibility to securely package the artwork to prevent any damage during transit and ensure a seamless delivery experience for the buyer.
After the painting has been successfully delivered to the customer, we will process your payment. The amount, after deducting our commission, will be transferred to your bank account within 24 hours. This guarantees a smooth and timely payout process for our artists.
If a damaged or incorrect painting is delivered to the customer, you will be required to resend the correct artwork. Additionally, if a buyer chooses to return a painting, they will be responsible for managing the return process on their own. Ensuring proper quality control and secure packaging will help minimize return requests and enhance customer satisfaction.
